We offer an exchange only on the first purchase if the size is not correct. We will pay for your shipping labels. Contact us at

If it's a replacement, we only process those items that are defective or damaged. If this is the case, send us an email at to request your prepaid return label. Please, attach a picture of the product.

Exchanges are offered only within the first 15 days after your purchase.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When returning items, we will not offer a prepaid label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
